How to Protect Your My Molina Member Account

When you use a health portal or any other services that is secure and access needs your username and password, you are also responsible for taking measures to protect the privacy of your login and Personal Information. In order to protect your privacy, you should:

  • Click on LOG IN
  • Enter your registered Username and Password to log in.

How to Recover a Forgotten Password or Username

If you can’t access your account:

Forgot Username

  • On the login page, click “Forgot Username?”
  • Enter your Member ID, Date of Birth, and Email Address.
  • Follow the on-screen instructions to retrieve your username.

Forgot Password

  • Click “Forgot Password?”
  • Enter your Username and Email Address.
  • A password reset link will be sent to your email.
  • Follow the link to create a new password.
